ASHFORD Athletic Club Paralympic hopeful Kushal Limbu confirmed he is in the form of his life running two personal bests in the 60m sprint at Crystal Palace.
The 28 year old athlete from Folkestone ran an impressive 8.18s to knock over two tenths of a second off his previous best.
Kushal opens his 2012 outdoor season in the venue he hopes to finish in the Olympic Stadium on Sunday April 1 for a charity 100m race and this will be followed by three key International Paralympic Committee endorsed competitions in which he hopes to run the Paralympic qualifying for both the 100m and 20om sprint events.
Coach Pete Le Rossignol said: “Kushals 60m personal best shows he is on course to run the qualifying times to compete at the London 2012 Paralympic Games this summer. His hard work and commitment to training is really paying off.”
